Best for: High-energy dogs, puppies, anxious pets, or multi-dog households.
The ultimate care package for your VIP (Very Important Pup). This full hour provides ample time for extended play, reinforcement of training cues, and significant companionship to combat loneliness. It's the next best thing to you being there yourself.
- Your pet's well-being is our number one priority. For all visits during hot months, outdoor time is strictly limited to potty breaks in shaded areas of your yard to protect their paws. Longer, leashed walks are only conducted as part of a visit during safe, cool hours (early morning or after sunset). We are experts in keeping your pets cool, happy, and safe indoors.

Our most popular package for a reason. In addition to the full overnight stay, we return midday for a substantial two-hour visit. This breaks up the long day with air-conditioned indoor playtime, enrichment, and personal attention, ensuring your pet is never lonely and stays cool and comfortable during the hottest part of the day.
20hr Live-In. The Total Care Live-In.
Best for: Pets with separation anxiety, complex medical needs, or for the ultimate, worry-free travel experience.
Our most comprehensive, immersive care. Your pet will have their dedicated sitter present for the majority of the day and all through the night, meaning they are alone for no more than a few hours. - Initial Onboarding Consultation FREEFree Meet & Greet for all new clients to meet your sitter and for your sitter to meet you and your pets, to ensure both parties understand specific needs
- Key Collection Fee | Key Return Fee $15.00 We ask for two keys from each client. We can keep them securely for free. If you would like them returned these fees are then added for each schedule
- Additional Consultation $15.00 Another consultation is needed if you move home, get another pet, new medical requirements or a significant time has passed since your last visit
- Store Run $24.00Ideally you will have a full pantry of everything we need for your schedule. For last minute requests or extension, we can grab whatever you run out of
- Subcutaneous Injection $12.00 Most of our sitters are either vet techs or have experience in administering subcutaneous injections
- Holiday Surcharge [Day Visit | Sleepover] $8.00 | $25.00 As a thank you for your sitter working on holidays, a surcharge is added for each visit. 100% of this surcharge is given to your sitter.
- 24hr Live-In $POAIf you need 24hr coverage for medical / pet is super-spoiled reasons give us a call. We recommend 20hr Live-Ins so your sitter can leave for shopping and personal errands

Minimum Policy for Cats / 24hrs
1 x 30min visit per 24hrs - Last Minute Request New Client Deposit [Refundable} $50.00 New clients with a request within 48hrs may be asked to pay $50 deposit which is refundable if we complete the service or if we are unable to. Unable to refund if client cancels before the start of the schedule.
